The kept calling for a few months 8-10 times a day. I told him I'm not paying nothing, I never received any letters stating you sold the fee for X amount. I answered one of those calls, and they guy was demanding I pay the difference. They then started calling me again out the blue. They kept striking my credit instead, everyone hitting me with latest fees etc etc although the vehicle was already repossess by that time.Įventually they sold the vehicle at an auction, I assume because a few months went by I didn't hear from them. And one told me the company does not do settlements. I called them a few times after the repo to work something out, the representatives were rude one even disconnect the line. Coincidence? I think not just very malicious and evil. My vehicle was repo at 10:15pm the day before my birthday. A few of them have actually called on their personal cell phones. They are rough and very threatening with their tone. Their employees are also pretty rude and incompetent. This company have to be violating some form of phone harassment policy. Harassing my mother, brother, my references, and even my employer. They have called my friend repeatedly about 8 times a day harassing her. At one point I didn't have a phone so I borrowed a friend's phone. With the pandemic my hours were only 30 hrs a week, and since I was already behind on payments it took a deep dive. I started falling behind around November of 2019 because I came out of maternity leave, and I only got paid for 1 month of of the 2.5 months I took. Like many other victims the reality of the pandemic effect me along with my family. I purchased a vehicle from Veros credit back in 2018.
